The “cittadella congressuale” is divided into three structures:
the Congress Hall, with a seating capacity of over 900;
the Multi-Hall Pavilion, with a total capacity of over 1,300 seats, which can be subdivided into three separate halls: one with 700 seats (the central one) and two with 300 seats each (the side halls);
and finally, the Figari Hall, offering another 300 seats, a simultaneous interpretation system, and a control booth (currently undergoing renovation).

Four newly built halls, ranging in capacity from 50 to 200 seats, are also available to users at affordable rates.

In terms of catering, the Culture and Congress Centre can provide cocktails and buffets for 3,500 people, seated lunches for 2,000, in-house catering services, and coffee break areas for 2,000 people. It also features an on-site restaurant and bar.

The secretariat office handles pre- and post-congress organization, while a travel agency manages transfer services.

In all theaters:

• radio/infrared transmission, audio/video amplification and recording, video projection;
• screens and projection systems for computers and large overhead projectors;
• Wi-Fi and wired network with 2,300 Mbps bandwidth;
• exhibition hall, lobby, and administrative offices;
• control room capable of serving all three studios simultaneously;
• refreshment services, bar, and reception;
• Press room.
